Race Start End's general recalls without annual subscription The committee boat and pin are equipped with a Sailteck. The start time is pushed to the fleet from the committee, no need to catch the gun. OCS boats see an OVER message on their Sailteck display so they can repair. Race start is free to use and requires the line ends are marked with standard Sailteck GPS Compass units. OCS boats are visible to the committee on their Sailteck display. Starting-made-easy for novice committees.
RTK Race Start Capable of delivering 2cm line-distance precision The Sailteck GPS Compass comes as standard with built-in high precision RTK GPS receiver/antenna capable of delivering 2cm position accuracy. Additional committee equipment is required for RTK.
Live tracking Tracker built into the display The Sailteck GPS Compass transmits its position to the committee boat using a proprietary long-range radio which is free to use. This eliminates the need for separate 3G trackers and eliminates dependency on mobile networks which can become crowded at large events.
Track sharing Data-driven learning made simple Sailtecks share position data amongst each other so that at the end of the regatta, each competitor takes home the tracks of all the Sailtecks for race replay.
